CASE STUDY - REAL ESTATE
CHALLENGES
This project started two years ago as a straightforward reception visualization. Like most D&B projects, it quickly grew into something bigger - facade adjustments, entrance redesign, and CAT A design for two typical floors.
Located on Palace Street near Victoria Station, we call it "The Palace Project" - we name our projects by their streets. We've returned several times to update and create new visuals for the architecture team.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Complete 3D Building Model - We built the entire structure with full architectural accuracy.
Contextual Photography - Our team photographed the surrounding streets and context to provide authentic window views.
Custom Asset Creation - We developed dozens of bespoke joinery, ceiling, and furniture elements specifically for this project.
DESIGN & BEAUTIES
The latest design remains under NDA until client approval, so we're showing our initial work here. After completing the main spaces, the client returned for smaller areas - WCs, cubicles, showers, and the bicycle hub.
